Message	The recircs, as per Jim Wolf and others, are the best for the car over BOV's. The car DOES want the extra air, and that's why the recircs are so important. That air is calculated for, so releaving it to the atmosphere makes your car run rich for a moment... some argue this is OK, some argue it is not... The noise the car makes is just as ricey as neon... sorry...
